  1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?

Customized Orders normally take 4 - 8 weeks to be shipped but rush orders may be placed. It is recommended that all orders be placed as far in advance as possible to ensure timely delivery and avoid rush order fees. Petal Happy is not responsible for typographical errors that may appear on our online web site or catalog.

  2. What is your refund policy?

All products are non-refundable as they are all handmade and immediately go into production upon an order being placed.

  3. What material are your petals made of?

Our life-like petals are made of a high quality micropeach polyester fabric.

  4. How do I order a custom design or product?

Simply complete a custom order form and you will receive a price quote within 3 business days. Custom designs include special lengths and widths, monogram work, multiple colors, unique patterns and the addition of trims and crystals.

  5. I do not have a paypal account. Will I still be able to make a purchase?

You do not need a paypal account to purchase our products. We use paypal because of their secure transaction reputation. All you need is a credit or debit card with a visa / mastercard logo. If you prefer, you can also sign up for an account by contacting paypal directly

  6. Do you offer gift cards?

Petal Happy now offers a selection of e-gift cards that are redeemable for all of our items and available in any amount. E-gift Cards must be used in full (on products equal to or greater than the value of the e-gfit card) and no credit or change can/will be given on unused portions of a e-gift card. E-gift Cards are applicable towards all Petal Happy products and shipping and handling, and expire after 2 years from the date of purchase.

  7. Do you ship products outside of the US?

Yes, we are happy to offer worldwide shipping of all our products.

  8. How do I redeem a gift certificate which I have won?

Recipients of gift certificates issued by Petal Happy (separate from gift cards) will be notified by e-mail with instructions. Gift certificates must be used in full and no credit or change can/will be given on unused portions of a certificate. Certificates are only applicable toward petal carpets (not accessories, rentals or shipping and handling) unless otherwise specifically noted. Gift certificates may not be combined with any other promotion or discount, are not transferrable and expire after 90 days from the date of issuance.

  9. Why am I unable to pay my paypal invoice?

Price quotes and invoices are subject to expiration 24 hours after being issued at Petal Happy's sole discretion. Price quotes and invoices become invalid usually once there has been a price change/update reflected on our website and orders are not considered finalized until payment has been received. If you received an invoice requesting payment that is no longer payable it is because our prices have been updated and your invoice/price quote has become invalid.
